Hi, I’m Alex Briley, MOT, OTR and I joined Monkey Mouths in 2025 as an occupational therapist. I earned my undergraduate degree from Baylor University and my graduate degree from the University of St. Augustine. Prior to Monkey Mouths, I have experience in home health and private practice.

I am passionate about helping all children with special needs achieve their fullest potential. My therapy style focuses on fostering independence and empowering kids to participate meaningfully in their daily activities. I believe therapy should be engaging and enjoyable, so I create sessions that are both functional and fun, leaving children feeling accomplished and excited to keep progressing.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my incredible husband and family, going to CrossFit, walking my pup, playing soccer, crafting, or going to the movies.
