Hi, I’m Chloe Kokenes, OTD, OTR. I became certified in 2026 and will be working at the Hurst clinic. I earned my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed my doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Hawaiʻi Pacific University. I am bilingual and provide services in both English and Portuguese. My fieldwork experiences include outpatient pediatrics and neuro acute care.
Working with children brings me so much joy, and I am continually inspired by their resilience and creativity. My therapy approach is strengths-based and child-led, centering each child’s preferences, interests, and autonomy. I believe that small, simple tools and meaningful experiences can have a powerful impact on the daily lives of children and their families.
In my free time, I enjoy cuddling my animals, playing guitar and singing my favorite songs, studying scriptures and new topics, dancing with my niece and nephew, and traveling to new places.
