Team Member Bio

Hi, I’m Elena Berlioz, M.S., CF-SLP. I became certified in 2026 and currently work at the Coppell and Frisco clinics under the supervision of Karen McPhearson, M.S., CCC-SLP. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University and completed my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am bilingual and provide therapy services in both English and Spanish. I have experience working in private practice and school settings.

My therapy approach is rooted in play, connection, and meeting each child exactly where they are. I believe children grow best when they feel safe, loved, and understood, so I enjoy following the child’s lead and building sessions around their strengths, interests, and needs for that day—knowing that no two days look the same. I strive to create an active, fun, calm, and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable exploring, challenging themselves, and building confidence day by day. I deeply value relationships and see therapy as a true team effort, working alongside families and other therapists to support each child as a whole while being their biggest cheerleader. I believe growth happens through love, patience, and supportive relationships that extend beyond the therapy room.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active by lifting weights, running, walking, hiking, and playing sports—especially soccer, tennis, pickleball, and padel (really anything that involves a ball!). I also love spending time in nature, road-tripping, journaling, church and worship time, and exploring new food spots as a big foodie.
