Hi, I’m Jazmin Balderas, MOT, OTR. I joined Monkey Mouths in 2024 as a bilingual occupational therapist and provide services in both English and Spanish. I earned my undergraduate and master’s degrees from Texas Woman’s University and have prior experience working in private practice settings.

My passion is finding meaningful ways to connect with each child I have the privilege of meeting. One of my favorite parts of therapy is putting on my “investigator hat” to learn each child’s interests, dislikes, and strengths so I can use play-based strategies to help them build functional skills. I believe therapy should be engaging, supportive, and tailored to each child’s unique needs.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, crafting, drawing, and playing on the Nintendo Switch with my daughter.
