In order to provide the highest quality of care, we hold between 1.5 to 2 hours for each OT or ST initial evaluation. Because of the lengthy amount of time that we hold on a therapist’s schedule, we do take a $50 deposit that can be applied to the evaluation or refunded if you cancel or reschedule an evaluation with at least 48-hour notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, you will void your deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48-hour notice, a second deposit will be required to hold a second evaluation slot.
Requesting Medical Records
To receive your child’s medical records, please contact our front office. We will provide the records to the legal guardian via email.
We accept Aetna Better Health (Aetna Medicaid), BCBS Medicaid CHIP, Star and Star Kids, Cook Children’s CHIP, Star and Star Kids, Superior Medicaid, Traditional Medicaid (TMHP). Most Medicaid plans will cover therapy services with no cost to the family. Some have a small copay that is due at the time of service.
Yes, we will file claims with your Tricare plan as a preferred provider.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (exception is Blue Advantage, which we are not in-network with).
We do our best to verify all benefits before your child’s initial evaluation. It is best if you reach out to your insurance as well to verify coverage for the specific therapy you are seeking.
This depends on your health insurance coverage. When you schedule your initial appointment, we can give you a range of possible costs. Our private pay option starts with an initial evaluation at $375, and then a 30-minute session of therapy is $95.
We do offer private pay. Our private pay option starts with an initial evaluation at $375, a 30-minute session of therapy is $95 and a 45 minute session is $142.50.
Our clinic accepts payment at the time of service. We keep a credit card on file, so that payment can be made conveniently at each visit. We also offer a parent app where payments can be managed for each visit.
If your deductible hasn’t been met, we can give you a range of what the cost would be when you call to schedule, taking into account our contracted rates with your individual plan.
We have a parent app where families can download statements and superbills at your convenience.
