I’m Josie Mlynarski, M.S., SLP-Intern, and I joined Monkey Mouths in 2023 as a speech-language pathologist intern under the supervision of Vy Phan, M.S., CCC-SLP. I earned my undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and my master's degree from University of North Texas. Prior to Monkey Mouths, my experience included working in private practice and adult post-acute care settings.

I am passionate about fostering growth in a child’s communication skills through functional, playful, and meaningful therapy. I am always happy to involve family or parent input in goals and treatment, as family often serves as a child’s main support system during the many hours they are not being seen for therapy.

In my free time, I love trying new restaurants with my best friends, visiting with my family and three cats, and watching the Buffalo Bills with my boyfriend during football season.
