Tiffany Davis, M.S., CCC-SLP
Provider Type: Speech-Language Pathologist
I’m Tiffany Davis, M.S., CCC-SLP and I joined Monkey Mouths in 2017 after teaching Kindergarten in Plano ISD for 3 years. I attended University of North Texas for undergrad and University of Texas at Dallas for grad school. I began my career as a speech-language pathologist at The Warren Center, where I focused on Early Childhood Intervention for the first year and then transitioned to their private clinic. There I worked with pre-school and school aged children with a variety of speech, language and feeding needs.
I believe that children learn best through play, so my sessions are centered around play activities in order to target each child’s individual goals while creating a fun and motivating learning experience. I also believe that family involvement is a key part of successful therapy and I collaborate with caregivers to create strategies they can use at home to continue their child’s progress outside of the therapy room. In my free time I enjoy cooking, swimming, and spending time with my husband and our two children.
As an SLP with over 6 years of experience, I have training and specialization in the following:
- Sound Card System
- PROMPT therapy/Advanced PROMPT Bridging
- Talk Tools Oral-Motor Placement Therapy
- Sensory-Motor Feeding by Lori Overland, M.S., CCC-SLP
